This is an English translation of our privacy policy. The Japanese version is the authoritative one.

H3up Co., Ltd. ("we") handles the personal information of our customers in running 若姫劇団 WAKAHIME GEKIDAN as set out below.

Purposes of use
  • To accept bookings for performances and to contact you about your booking
  • To send you information about performances and events by post
  • To manage fan club memberships, post membership cards and other items, and send renewal reminders
  • To understand how members use the members' app WAKKA (the days it is opened) and to send guidance on using it
  • To respond to your enquiries
Provision to third parties

We do not provide your personal information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

Security measures
  • Personal information is handled only by our staff and the members of 若姫劇団 WAKAHIME GEKIDAN in charge.
  • We entrust parts of our operations, such as taking bookings, sending emails and processing payments, to outside service providers, and through them your personal information may be handled in the United States, Taiwan and India.
  • We have taken our measures after understanding the personal information protection systems of these countries through materials published by Japan's Personal Information Protection Commission.
  • For some data kept in spreadsheet software, the country of storage cannot be identified, because the provider (a business in the United States) does not disclose where it is stored.
Requests for disclosure and other actions

Requests to be notified of the purposes of use, or for disclosure, correction, suspension of use and the like, are accepted at the contact below. We will respond after confirming your identity. No fee is charged.
